This Hippo trophy puppet is made of soft synthetic gray fur with a large mouth showing the soft marshmallow-like teeth.....all look...no bite.

Hippopotamus are short legged African animals who like to wallow in the mud and watery areas. Hippos are one of the largest land mammals in the world. A bull hippo can measure 15 feet long and weigh 4 tons. Females are smaller. In spite of their size they can move gracefully in water, and stay submerged for 5 minutes. When resting in the water only the ears, eyes and nostrils break the surface. At sundown hippos leave the rivers and walk as far as 5 miles to find food. They can eat 150 pounds of grass a night. Hippos may live for 40 years in the wild. Hippos are one of the most dangerous animals in Africa.

Our Hippo is more of a friend. It is approx 21" Long x 13" Wide and 20" Deep (the amount it juts into the room). It has soft marshmallow like teeth, and a goofy plump face. Life is good when you have a hippo to share it with.
