- Merchandise must be properly package in original box and shipping material and undamaged for us to accept an item for return. Please retain sales receipt. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Copy of receipt or packing slip must accompany any returns or exchanges.
- Please call for a Return Authorization Number before shipping the package. 1 800 424 7695, or email bigs@biggame-trophies.com with your request. We will give you a RA# which you should note on your package. We recommend that you use tracking and insurance when returning your item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless return is due to Big Game Trophies error.
- The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
- Refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
