Backorder Policy

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email , and let you know when we expect to have one made. We make all the products that we sell. Usually we will do our best to have the item ready in a few days, however sometimes this may not be possible.  When it is ready to ship we, will contact you again to see if you would still like to purchase it.

Shipping

We ship orders using the United States Postal Service (usps.com).  Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) by 3.30pm.  Please allow 2 business days to process and ship your order.  If we have any questions regarding your order, we will send you an email, and ask for a response before we ship. Shipments within the continental United States are sent Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation.  They usually take 3 - 5 days to reach their destination, this does not include our processing time. Packages shipped outside of the USA are send Air parcel post and the time in transit varies.
